What next?
If you use whatsapp, removed by alexdon is my number. Hoping it'll be easier to communicate that way.
Thank you.

According to the tweet which took @SonyXperiaGB a decade to send, i have been trying to repair my Sony Xperia T via the PC companion. At first, support zone installed, almost completed the whole process [think i stopped at at step 9] before a particular error message kept coming up. was told to DL update engine which i did and still no resolve. now i cant even update the support zone after i reinstalled the PC companion. and my faulty keyboard keeps rearing it's ugly head and frustrates me the more.

Yes,of course.I might be thinking you have W8 or 8.1.In this case, you need to run SUS in compatibility mode with windows 7.
