Phone not waking up

Everyday morning after i wake up and press the powerbutton my phone doesnt respond...then a message comes XPERIA HOME IS NOT RESPONDING REPORT/KILL/WAIT/ whtever option i press my phone either goes black or the message remains and nothing happens untill i press the button on back of my phone...why is it?this is happening after the latest update....

i did a reset and repaired via sus but still this is happening.only in the morning.....( I normally sleep for 6 to 7 hours, when going to sleep not in airplane mode)

1. why is this happening?

2. is there a way to restart my phone without pressing the button at the back?

Do You have task killer or anti virus??

Do you have night mode enabled from smart connect?

No task killers, but I have avast anti virus. @ Alex I have disabled smart connect.

Remove avast and check again.

Infant I Uninstalled some apps which were running in background e.g avast, Facebook, few more, so I didn't had the problem..but the problem is if my phones memory cannot tolerate these apps???? I only had few apps which I need. No games, no movies, no songs..even with these few apps I am facing this problem...

One of that apps cause that probelm...in your case it was avast i can say

You can flash stock firmware.
