Wallpaper issue

After the 4.3 update, my xperia sp won't let me change the lockscreen wallpaper. A notification with 'can not set wallpaper' appears. Besides that i have no other problems with my phone. Can somebody help me? Thank you

It didn't work. I can only use the official xperia wallpapers that come with themes.

Boot the phone in safe mode and see if you can change it like that::
