I have a question can sb help me plz
When i want to use Google play store it gives to me error 403 what should i do

That is forbidden error.Try settings-apps-all-google play,force stop and clear data.Also,remove your google account and try it again.

yes..google services are banned in iran

use proxy apps to reach google
