Urgent help please, screen completely black

Hi, it happened a few times already, the screen of my phone will have pixels of colors. i think, displaying and will gradually turn black. No matter how many times I turn it off from the back of the phone with the OFF button, the screen will not show anything. I tried to restore it but it does not change a thing.

Could you help me?

Sounds like the LCD screen maybe going out. You should contact Sony Xperia support.

I agree that seems like a lcd issue or maybe a motherboard issue

Then whatever it is the problem is a hardware issue.
