Just baught the phone - screen says "lås up" but what key - probably a very easy handling problem . Whas down tothe operator(3) and he could easyly open it. Allso tried to download a manual without success. When tried sony ericsson original-site nothing happend when I click on it. I have to other Ericsson phones, but got into such trouble with those two.

But first , what key sequence opens the phone.

Is it requesting a pin lock or PUK code?

To unlock the phone you press the *-key and then the key right below where display says "unlock". To get a user guide you can contact your local Xperia support and they can send you a copy or send you one via e-mail. See my signature for contact info to your local support.
