Mobile data not working since new upgrade.

HI if anyone has upgraded to the new Sony software yesterday I am unable to connect to the data network. phone calls are fine, WiFi is fine but no data.
So far turned data off on 10 times. Turned phone off several times. Connected to Internet via cable. Removed simply card and cleaned but nothing.
Any help appreciated
