Screenshots not saved

I dunno what exactly happened but I was trying to take a snapshot from my game while charging, the phone suddenly became slow, and took twice, thrice snapshot yesterday, yet none of them were saved. After this incident, I tried again, that is today, it did the same but at the second time it saved the pic. What I am saying is that I only pressed once for a snapshot instead it took the screenshot twice and saved the latter. What happened ? Is this any sorta technical problem ? Guys help me

Can you try to simply restart your device and check again?

I've seen something similar with my T2 Ultra, and the problem was that I was running a heavy game and had other apps running, and well the T2 and T3 have quite limited RAM

Tap on the task manager virtual key > close some of the apps > try again

also, whenever you exit an app or game, make sure you press back until you exit.
