    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sometimes phone showing message that Home screen not responding and phone turns off up to 4-5 times by itself until it stops turning off itself and starts working normal, i can do nothing at this moment... What can i do?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also sometimes it's hanging and i can't restart it otherwise than with off button beside sim cards.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I recommend that you reboot&amp;nbsp;your device to &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/safe+mode/pd-p/safe_mode" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="187-1"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt; to see if this behavior is caused by one your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also recommend that you try and reset your home screen application. Note that this will&amp;nbsp;completely reset how your home screen looks. You can take a screenshot of your home screen before you reset to help you restore it, to do this press and hold down volume down + on/off key.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To reset your home screen go to; Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; All &amp;gt; Xperia Home &amp;gt; Clear data &amp;gt; Ok. Then it is recommended that you restart your device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know how it goes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
