My Device Xperia Xa Dual , problem with pul Down notification bar

even i upgrade to android 7 but this problem still Persist.

and touchscreen test faild .

settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test touchscreen?

Yes. But test faild. Top of screen looks not work as well

I rotate phone but not work.

then that's a hardware issue, contact your Local support to get it inspected.

BTW does your phone has a protective case, film or glass?

You should get your phone inspected by your Local support
