The only way i was able to reboot my phone was to remove the battery which is a pain in the backside to say the least. I would suggest you wait for the battery to die and then plug it in and reboot. I had to be very intrusive to pull off the back cover because I had an emergency and needed my phone back to normal.

If you can wait for battery to die do that. The battery drains quickly so patience is a virtue I suppose.

Hi

My XA1 keeps going in to a boot loop. Each time i have to use the compaion which restores the unit back to Factory default and the whole process starts with the reinstalling again. The only common factor that causes this appears to be when i connect my Sony Smart Watch 3 using android Wear 1.5. However this is not always apparently the cause. You only discover the problem when an app misbehaves so you restart the phone, then it goes in to boot loop again. Leading up to it you can reboot with out a problem and the phone seems fine. Have i discovered a problem with compatability between two Sony products or is there something simpler i have over looked. Prior to the usual replys about Sim cards and TF cards, i have replaced both over the time i have had the phone, about three weeks , and have just completed my 10th reinstall
