    <title>topic Help! in XA Series</title>
    <link>https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/xa-series/help/m-p/3628838#M27910</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;While following instructions I plugged a speaker into the earphone port and it fit in fine but when I took it out it dragged up this metal needle half way up the earphone port. Now no earphones fit in the earphone port and if I push down the needle in the port it starts turning random volumes up and down. Also ever since this happened no media sound comes out my phone so I have to use loud speaker for phone calls and a blue tooth speaker for everything else. Is their any way to fix this aside from manual repair?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
