Power Button and Volume Button damage, Can't Power ON Phone

I can't power on my Sony Xperia XA Ultra (F3215). And because it has a damaged power and volume buttons I can't power it back on. It is still working fine, I just can't power it back on. The battery got drained and so it shutdown and I charged it, and until now it is still has full battery. If I connect the charger it would light up and show the 100% battery and it would shutdown and it has to push the power on button but it's stucked/damaged/broken. I really have to use it. Please heelpp !

Same problem.. unit still works fine but I can't turn it on because all buttons are broken.. can somebody help please..

There's no way around, you have to get the phone repaired.
