USB Connection

When I plug my Xa1 Ultra into my computer, it begins carging but the option to transfer files (menu) does not appear. Is there a place where I may have turned off this setting and if so, how do I reset it?

My wife has the same phone and using the same cable it connects just fine and the menu does come up.

could you try a different cable and different usb port?

Done and Done.

In each case, my wife's phone works fine and mine does not.

could you boot in >>> safe mode and test your phone ?
