how to resolve Volume Speaker icon appears on the middle of the Screen?

After updating my Xeperia XA to latest version last week. A continuse Volume Speaker icon pop up on the middle of the Screen alongwith Mobile Services Message appears after every 2-3 miniutes how to deal with this type of problems.

Some users reported this issue and it's thought to be caused by your SIM toolkit installed by the provider. Try to switch off your phone, remove SIM card(s), start the phone without it, switch off again, then insert the SIM back and check if it is resolved.

This solution is not working with my device.Volume key icon and beep sound still there ...is another solution available?

This solution is not working for me too.. The speaker icon comes often in the display.. I switched off the mobile and removed the Sim also.. Nothing changed. Please someone help to solve this issue.

I went to app settings and turned off all the notification of Sim tool kit, but the speaker icon and service message still comes on and off in the screen. It's so disgusting.. Please somebody help me out of this...

Have tried swapping the sim cards

Or get a new sim card

We have tested by resetting the phone but nothing happened problem still persisted

Next thing we tried was swapping the sim card

So far no problem

Why this happens no one knows

But if you regularly use some unsecured websites then dont use them with new sim card

Let me know you have resolved the problem with any other solution

Hi,

To resolve this issue kindly use below steps.

1. Remove Sim cards from slot (mobile will reboot automatically.)

2. When mobile starts, Go to settings - apps - SIM toolkit - Force stop.

3. Then insert Sim cards again (Mobile my restart or you restart the mobile. )

That's it, I have done these steps and issues resolved.

First open the sim toolkit app.

Then go to start stop service tab.

Then click on stop service and close the app.

The problem will resolve.

I resolved it today only.
