Used Data toggle Widget,my data is blocked currently even after uninstall

Hi,

I had been using the DATA TOGGLE widget for couple days, today strangely the widget was not functioning, it was not possible to turn on/off data. I tried uninstalling the app but still the problem persists.

Please help me out on the same. I tried switching off the phone, remove battery didn't work

also tried the airplane mode on/off without luck

also tried changing the ENABLE DATA in the settings no luck

Cleare all current APN's and re installed the APN settings but still the problem persists?

Please help out.

The only thing i can recommend is to download the program again and switch the data on with the widget. I believe you though because i have a widget like that and i noticed that when i toggle the data on or off it doesn't actually change the settings in the phone. It turns the data off but it's still turned on in the settings. Weird... Actually you might want to write the developer of the widget, he might have some insight into that issue.

I went to log and saw that the widget updates the setting in com.android. file, I had in mind to reinstall the software again but I had no internet connection options to my phone, so restored the factory setting and reinstalled the APN it worked fine.

Oops, I amn't ready to download any more third party control apps to mess around with my phone.
