    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have installed Opera Mini and Google Maps last week on my phone and they were working fine. Yesterday, when I tried to open Opera Mini, it seems to have froze while trying to load. The loading bar would be displayed, and about 3/4 it would stop loading (I have tried waiting for 15 min). When I load Google Maps, every now and then it would display that agreement statement asking me if I decline/accept their agreement. Lastly, I have an app that came installed called Mobile Mail which allowed me to check my email. For some reason, it will not open. I am wondering what should I do to fix these problems? Should I just re-install the apps again, or will this problem happen again? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, are cells phones like computers where you need to restart the device every now and then?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
