Hi Guys.. Please I need a urgent help.. I've forgot my PIN screen lock code for my XPERIA MIRO.. Help me pls..

And I can't access my phone.. Please help me.. Any suggestions?

Please run a repair as per the below instructions to remove the lock:

1. Before you start you have to download the PC Companion software from http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/

and install it on your PC.

2. Once installed on your PC, double-click the PC Companion icon on your desktop to start the update.

Note! For some models you will be prompted to do a backup prior to the update and then restore.

3. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.

4. Phone Software Update.

5. Start.

6. Repair Phone

7. Continue

8. Accept data removal

9. Next

10. Wait for prepare

11. Select Phone

12. Follow the connection steps

i have the same problem, i try this tip and dont work to me, companion cant reache the phone or doesnt connect to the xperia

I forget d passcode to my sony xperia tipo. i am trying to open it using pc companion and the prepare is taking like forever. pls how long does the prepare ought to take? Thanks

I forgot my password (PIN) for screen lock about a month ago and I cannot unlock my phone (Sony Experia Tipo). The only solution I found on the web is to delete everything I have on my phone. But, I cannot aford that. I know my gmail account associated with the phone and my password for that account. Can this be somekind of solution for my problem.

I will appreciate very much any help. Please, I am desperate ;(

If you have internet enabled,you can restore with gmail.
