network registering failed

hello every body

while i am trying to register on the network i get a message "your sim card does not allow a connection to the network" , and my regidteration failed, my phone is out of service... so what can i do with that??

I suggest that you contact your network operator to check this.

To check if it's a phone problem you can insert another SIM in the phone and check if you still get the same error.

Johan, I've tried most of the network providers and still am experiencing the same error.... By the way, am from South Africa....

Have even tried the factory reset option but know change.... Was wondering if it's possible to reverse the software's version to the one it came with???? Cause my problem was caused by subsidized Sony technician, when he changed/upgraded my phone's software.... At the time, my Xperia X8's security pattern had frozen up and when the technician upgraded my phone's software, it fixed my security pattern but messed up my SIM reader.... Now the technician wants to invoice me an arm and a leg to fix this error he created....
