Ok, yesterday I was playing a game when it crashed, the screen actually froze. I couldn't do anything with it so I had to take the battery out and put it back in again. This cause a few problems, some of the settings were changed such as the time not being in 24hr format and the sounds replaced, most things I fixed and replaced but I noticed that my lock screen won't show up and changing the settings doesn't do anything and also the touch screen home button has stopped working, when I push it, it still lights up but the actual function doesn't work. Can anyone figure out how to fix this?

I would recommend that download and install PC Companion in your PC (http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/pc-companion/) and that you first make a backup of the phone and that you then repair the phones software from Support zone -> Software update.
