I use poweramp for the music and all my earphones and headphones( bose, beats studio, tdk, denon, sennheiser ie80 and cx300ii) when i listen a music phone restarting automaticly every 20 min. I am so tired to do factory reset again and again what customer service respond to me......&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am, quite frankly, amazed at the lack of attention which Sony are giving to the problems we are having with the walkman app after the recent Jelly Bean upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To recap, once our phones go into 'sleep' mode the walkman just plays to the end of the current track... and then silence, for maybe 30 to 60 seconds, sometimes for several minutes, before it suddenly decides to play the next track. Pushing the 'on' button makes the next track leap into life. The same thing happens with another music player app I have installed, so it's a Jelly Bean problem, and not the music apps' problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are waiting for a solution to our problems, Sony, please give us one, and quickly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

I assumed Sony would have the music playing side of things sorted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so symptoms are that if phone goes into sleep or standby, music plays to end of current track then&amp;nbsp; either stops or goes to next track amd shows as playing but no sound. then app doesnt respond to anymore commands I had to switch phone off and on to restatt it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there a free app on Play store I can install and uae instead?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will take mine back to O2 where I bought it. They can either get it fixed or refund me, as its jot fit for purpose at moment&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my phone is still on Android 4.0.4 so it isnt just the operating system. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

As well as that though it loves to skip one specific track in the middle of the song and just move onto the next track. It is getting quite annoying to be honest. I can think of one or two areas of UK law you are possibly infringing, i.e. goods of marketable quality, misdescription in your advertising.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="text-align: left;"&gt;We 'upgaded' our telephones on your suggestion, now we're having problems as a result. Even more so, &lt;STRONG&gt;Sony has not even implemented gapless playback&lt;/STRONG&gt;, which was a higly requested feature and should be one of Sony's main priorities to include in the update since they focus so much on music.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Quite disappointed with all these Walkman issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Sony have really let us down, their tecchie guys on here have been paralysed like rabbits, so shame on them for not addressing our issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Appalling service, have been very pleased with my phone until that Jelly Bean upgrade. Would strongly recommend to those who have not yet upgraded to delay until Sony can get their act together, whenever that may be!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i had the same problem after that jelly bean update, but i think its working for me after some settings handling.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At first i have changed setting in "Security" -&amp;gt; "Screen lock" to "Nothing", then listened in sleep mode. It worked fine. Then i changed that setting to my original with Finger move (choose yours preffered) and it (songs playing without silence between) continued to work in sleep mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I didnot rebooted phone yet and hope it will be fine after that too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; --------------------------------&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;I have all music tagged.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this will help someone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello, i found a solution for this walkman problem. you have to uninstall the smart connect update, and everything will working well. you can set up the apps for hands free, and in sleeping mode will continue the music and after unpluggig the hands free the speaker will work normaly. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so try this, and do not install update for smart connect. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Sony Xperia T i love this mobile sound is amazing but not from walkman i use a poweramp. Update to JB was on January, first update to fix all the issues on April.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Two months...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I really hope and expect that, after two months with this phone working worst than 4 years old phones, all the issues will be fixed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As you can see, people here is not really happy with their phones.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Amazes me how a company like Sony can have their customers abandoned for two months, with a phone that it's not even 6 months old.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is just unbelievable!.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
