xperia l software update problem

i have an xperia L. i tried updating the software. accidentally i cancelled it. now i am not able to switch on my phone. when i press the power button it says sony and does nothing after that. what do i do now? 😕

You should try to do a repair of the phone software via Sony PC Companion:

Click on this link to get Sony PC companion:

http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/

Start PC companion, start "Support Zone", start "Update phone software" and click on "Repair".

Follow the on-screen instructions.

Dear Sir/Madam,

The phone was trying to update the software through USB cable. I got a call and while i was talking on the phone it got switched off. After that i am not able to restart the phone. I tried removing the battery and switching on the phone but the display shows Sony and then nothing happens. Please help.
