Sd Card Problem

Hi, im unable to view contents of my micro sd card im my xperia j.Initially i used 2gb san disk micro sd for 4months bt at that time i din't face any issue. just one month back i bought 16gb sony micro sd card. I tried my sd card in other mobiles itz working fine.:smileysad:

Seems strange. What happens when you try to use the card, what issues are you having?

Here, are the screen shots when i open my walkman and album. when i place my sd card in other mobiles likes samsung im able to view all my contents.Kindly let me know why it is happening in my xperia j.

Sounds like there might be something wrong with the SD card reader here. You could try to repair the phone software via PC Companion at first:

If that doesn't help you should send in the phone to a service center for repair. Contact your local Xperia Support for more information:

I think the problem is with my phone.It is showing error "memory card out of space.Audio,video functions are not available now".

Yeah it sounds like you're right. I would then recommend that you follow the instructions I mentioned in my last post.

I tried updating my phone many times.But,every time it shows error "could not download" after 98%..:smileysad:.

Even yesterday i tried but the result was same.

Alright. In that case you should try sending in the phone to a service center for repair as there isn't much you can do by yourself.

I have the same problem, and I don't think that is a "physical" problem but a problem from the custom Rom from Sony.
When I connect my Xperia J to my PC and transfer something to my SD Card, when I unplug my phone he show me the message like the screenshots above. After this I have to restart my phone a bunch of times and wait until it starts working again.
It's very frustrating, if I now this before I buy it I definitely don't buy this phone.
