charging backwards

hey guys do you have a solution for this problem. my phone is plug in and it indicates charging but its charging backwards. its draining the battery while charging.

i need help

Hi, maybe it is not charging at all .... Try with another USB cable.

Are you charging via computer or power socket?

well its charging the led is on, tried with a different charger same result

Strange .... are you able to repair phone software or at least a factory reset?

Ah yes... Sometimes it wasn't really "backward charging" like you mentioned...

Try removing the charger from the socket and away from the phone a while and install it back on to the socket...

This is a rare problem and should you able to fix it easily...

Also, try charging it after you turn off your phone to make sure your phone correctly detects the current flow from the charger...

If power icon is showing in battery icon then it is charging if not it means their is fault in charger or device
