Sony'den almış olduğum cihazım kendini güvenli moda aldı.Bu güvenli mod çıkamadım.Teknik Servise cihazı gönderdim.Teleservice'ye.

Cihazın tuş nedeni ile açılmadıgını
devamlı titrediğini
sıvı teması tespit edildiğini bana söylediler.

Buna itiraz ediyorum.

Cihazımı gönderdiğimde ses ve hoparlör çalışıyordu , artık bunlar çalışmıyor ve arka kapak yerinden oynuyor.

444 TRY para istediler.

Türkiye'de tüketici mahkemesine başvuracagım. Bana yardım edin.
