Xperia10 keys freezing

Hi,

I have had my xperia x10 for about 3months now and every so often the 3 keys at the bottom keep freezing and do not allow any access at all, when they freeze it can last for anything from 5 minutes - a very long time (hours), I always try turning the phone off and on but this does not resolve the issue either. The only way I can open up the phone is by pressing the "power" button, however once I use the touch screen and come to a point where I need to use the 3 buttons at the bottom I end up being stuck at that point. Very frustrated

Does anyone have any easy solution?? or nay solution at all??

I have already downloaded the latest software update currently available for this phone.

Sounds like you need to send in phone for repair, sounds like a hardware problem. But could try doing firmware update / Repair and see if that fixes it
