My new Sony Experia Z1 got freezed.

My new Sony Experia Z1 got freezed.

I've purchased the phone a month ago.

Was surfing throught the gallery and all of a sudden it stopped.

Its neither getting charged nor switching off. I've tried removing the sim/memeory card, charge the phone, switching it off, etcc but no use.. Its still in a frozen mode.

It is in this state since past 7 hours.

What should i do now?

I m helpless and without any contacts/whatsapp/etc.
Please help asap!

Connect the device to wall socket,force turn off:

Turn it on normally.

I am able to restarrt the phone.

Is it really necessary rather crucial to do a Factory Data Reset or erase all the downloaded applications?

No,not necessarily.But you have to consider that one of your apps might have done this (3rd party apps).I am aiming at task killers,battery savers etc.
