Thanks for the suggestion. I suspect google maps to be the problem and will test this firs. If not, I'll try safe mode.

S

Hello,

I have exactly the same problem. When the phone has been sleeping for some time it takes up to seven seconds for the screen to come alive. When it has been sleeping only for a short moment, then it returns faster. I have had my phone for two months now and the problem has only come up now.

I would be extremely happy about suggestions to solve this WITHOUT factory reset.

Thanks!

No. Should I? This problem seems to be common. There must be one common (or few) cause (s).

No,you should not.I have seen people reporting this issue, but I wanted to be sure that no apps are making that.Could you maybe use the phone in safe mode for some time?
