      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi i want to know if this is a common problem, i've had my phone around 12 months with the only problem being it getting very hot.&amp;nbsp;I installed the new update and again had no imediate problems until 2 weeks ago and i was playing on an app while my phone was on charge when it started to get very hot to the point were it was&amp;nbsp;to hot to touch, shortly after it switched itself off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;since then it has not come back on correctly first it was coudln't stay on for long, now i get to the sony image and that is all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I haven't got sony companion installed on pc and i can't get the phone to register when plugged into the usb.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be much appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jazbag&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi first of all it's totally wrong if you use your phone while it's on chargr. Do not use your phone when it's charging.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Now your phone is not booting maybe the battery level is totally down. Put your phone on charge for at least for 7-8 hours and then power It on. If it fails to turn on and shows you red blink of charging led then take your phone to nearest Sony service center.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you.</description>
