Apps back up

Hi I'm running 4.3 and for some reason I need to try factory reset or repairing through PCC

I have asphalt game installed on my phone which is about 1.4 GB.

How to take a back up for this game because I need to reinstall it again after doing a factory reset.

It's a big file so I can't download the entire 1.4 Gb data from google play store,

Any suggession will be highly appriciated.

There's no way to back up the game, you will have to re-download the game from the playstore

You can't backup games, but you can backup games data files.

U need to look around on your internal SD to fin where these files are located and just copy the whole folder to your external sd. After restoring your phone, you will need to copy the same folder to the same location before installing and running th game. If not the game will download everything all over again.

These data files only contain game data(map, structure, audio, video etc), but not user/character data which is usualy saved on the server. Which means, you will still need to download the original game which is usually a few Mb and install. But at least you don't have to download those 1Gb worth of data files.

Its not working. I tried moving the 1.4 GB data to SD card and after updating the phone to 4.3 again moved back to internal storage.

But while downloading the game it says insufficiant storage.

So I deleted everything and started downloading a fresh game from play store.:smileytired:
