graphic password not available anymore

The phone told me that I had to do some securitysettings for my email. I had to specify a PIN-code for the email. After that my graphic password is gone and it's not possible to turn it on. When the screen goes black I have to use the PIN-code for the email to get in instead of the graphic password. If I go to settings the graphic password-option is grey and all I can do is type the PIN-code.

How do I get it back?

It's my first Sony for some years.

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

This is caused by the security policy's in the email account you added in your phone. The security police on the email server only allow you to have a PIN code. I suggest that you raise this with your IT department/ the ones responsible for the email servers.
