I wanted to try out the function "myxperia" which can locate a lost or stolen phone. It's a Z1 compact. I logged in on https://myxperia.sonymobile.com with my Google account, I received the email-confirmation, I turned on "my Xperia" on the phone, I turned on GPS, Wi-Fi and Google location based services. Everything seems to be fine and on the website my phone is correctly shown as "Xperia Z1 C".

Unfortunately, nothing happens when I try to locate the phone or when I want it to make an acoustic signal. I tried to turn off Stamina and to ensure that the screen of the phone is on, but that doesn't help.

Can anyone help?
