It was one of the main reasons I bought the X10 mini Pro. The errors on the Roadsync are never resolved and if revert to the advertised Activesync the better it will be for us.

I have not been able to set up my mails from our Exchange Server since two weeks ago when I got the X10 mini pro and it is killing me. The roadsync is always giving me the error code 1002. Please help

I too was very suprised to find out that you cannot connect the X10 Mini Pro to any Exchange server that requires a pass code on the mobile device without RoadSync 2.5. Unfortunately, this is dependent on Android 2.2 which SE will not be releasing. So this range of products will not meet their advertised requirements.

Good luck chosing your next phone manufacturer if this is one of your requirements.

regards.
