Sim card issue

Guys, while on a call on one Sim Card, I can not receive a call on the second Sim card. The second call go straight to mail box, with no warning on my screen.

Z 3 DUAL. I am using one Sim (French carrier) and the second Sim is from a Swiss carrier. All works well. Including the prompt of which Sim to use when sending messages, etc, etc. But not the feature of managing 2 calls at the same time on the 2 different Dim cards. Thanks

Hi there ! Good reading, and found the setting. I tried out, and was prompted to give the number of the other Sim. Unfortunately, after trying to sync, it appeared NETWORK ERROR. Further suggestion would be much appreciate. Wonder if SIM card must be " prepared" to be used as a switch ?best for now Lucky 46
