i received notifications on my z3 compact of the update version 23.2.a.1.62, so i went to my pc to use pc companion, it also found the update,but when it started to update and automatically turned off the phone, there was a message "Sony Update Engine doesn't have software available for your phone", what should i do?

PC companion is not working any longer so use Xperia companion.

Make sure that you closed the antivirus and the firewall
