flash problems and quick launching camera button problem

Hi everyone. I have some problema on my xperia z1. First of all, my camera button does not work. It is a hardware problem or a software one? I heard that there are users who experience the same problem. Another one appears when i try to take photos in low-light conditions with flash on. On the downside of my display the photo is foggy and tend to be white(1-2 centimeters). Does somebody experience the same issue? can this be solved or is because of my flash/ camera? Thanks for your help and sorry for my english..

Try Clearing the camera data.

From your Home screen

1. Tap the Application screen icon.
2. Find and tap Settings > Apps.
3. Swipe to the All tab.
4. Find and tap on the camera app.
5. Tap Force stop > Clear data.
6. Restart the phone

I tried to clear data but it is the same. I observed that not only on my camera, but also on some colors i have something like a white line near my buttons. I experienced something like this on my s, but now it is not flickering. Do you thing is because of my display or it is a software problem? I will try to repair later because i can't right now.

That seems to be a hardware issue, rather than software.

Just try the above suggestions, if PCC doesn't solve your issue then its a hardware issue.
