Problem with touchscreen

Anyone no how to fix my touchscreen problem . It started a couple weeks ago my notification bar at the top of my screen won't pull down no more . Done a test on my touchscreen and it only works up to my notification bar. Can anyone help ?

Settings > accessibility

you might have to pull down the notification bar with 2 fingers. if what you are saying is that the test fail at the top of the screen then you will have to contact yoru local Xperia Care

You could also do a system repair with pc companion.
