Chrome Redirect Issue

Hi, i am experiencing redirection in chrome only. It was little bit in kitkat but since i have upgraded to lollipop, chrome has become unusable. Any site i try, it always redirect me to some scam sites which tells me to download something. I thought I had downloaded some bad app whic injected some redirection script. I just resetted phone completely and when i opened chrome for the first time without downloading any app, its still redirecting me to some scam site. Is that malware preinstalled with lolipop?

Settings > backup & reset > automatic restore > off

reinstall lollipop with PCC > do NOT install any app > do NOT restore any settings > do NOT update any app > check if you experience the same

Try Clearing the chrome app data.

How to clear data on apps.
From your Home screen

1. Tap the Application screen icon.
2. Find and tap Settings > Apps.
3. Swipe to the All tab.
4. Find and tap on the chrome app.
5. Tap Force stop > Clear data.
6. Restart the phone

Well issue still exists. I repaired it using PCC. After that I opened chrome (without installing or updating any app), it did same. I am still redirecting to some scam sites.

Repair the phone once more but this time create a new Google account

yeah..lol.. Perhaps its because of my router. I Will try one more time later and use mobile net instead of wifi.

I guess the problem is in my router. I formatted it again and now using with mobile net. No redirection at all
