Back side camera doesn't focus

I have recently bought the z3 compact and my back camera does not focus. It is stuck in one mode(perhaps macro). I can't take landscape pictures, they're extremely blurry. I have tried changing settings, deleting data, nothing worked. This is very frustrating. My father has the exact same phone, so I compared the cameras and pictures and my phone has an obvious issue.
Please help!

Check if the lens is dirty or scratched, also settings > apps > all > camera > clear data > restart the phone.

@uliwooly No the lens is clean and not scratched, the phone is new and it never fell on the ground. Thanks.

Clear the camera app data if that doesn't work, repair the phone with PCC and report back
