Buzzer not stopping once updated to 20.1.A.2.19

Hello all,

I've updated my Xperia E1 phone (d2005, SN ed3ade68) to the lastest version (20.1.A.2.19) using PC companion program. Once the firmware has been updated and the phone restarted, the buzzer has started to buzz and I haven't found any way to stop it, incluing powering off the phone. I must remove the battery to stop the buzzer.

Thinking that It could be an issue of the update, I've repeated the process 3 times, with no luck.

Is there any fix this issue? can I downgrande the system version? In the PC Companion program, I haven't seen any option to choose older system version.

boot on safe mode and check if you experience the same issue

You can't roll back an update, there are multiple posts on that, it seems that you have to use flashtool or contact your local Xperia support

I've rebooted the device in safe mode however the buzz has not stopped. As it has been suggested in another post, I'll contact to service support.
