Xperia z1 compact shutdown

Hello,
I'm really desperate lately about my Xperia phone because of it's sudden shutdowns that can happen even 3 times a day by now. The first time it happened the battery was about 30% and it dropped. Now, the record is like 95% of battery and then a sudden shutdown can happen out of the blue. Anytime. Even when fully charged it is able to shutdown in half an hour and when connected to the charger again it shows 0%. These days I registered that sometimes it charges from like 12% to 100% in less than 30mins (then guess how long it's able to work), or that the probability of a random shutdown is hundred percent when I turn on the internet or when I try to take more than 3 photos with the camera.
I wonder whether it's just a problem of consumed battery or some software error.
I got my phone something about 2 years. I even followed the general advices that appeared in sooner discussions here, but nothing helped.
Could you please try to give me some explanation about what could mean this strange phone behaviour?

Does it shut down or restart? if it shuts down it could be a hardware issue, perhaps replacing the battery, if the later, then it could be a faulty SIM card.

Have you repaired the phone with PCC to narrow down the problem?

Sounds similar to what I was experiencing. Your phone needs a new battery.

It depends, generally it shuts down and is dead (it even shows that it's going off because of 0% of battery), but sometimes the screen just turns off without any warning and looks like it wants to restart - but it never does successfully. It just shows the SONY logo and then it goes off, then repeat this a few times, then it's dead, and when I connect the charger it turns on but I have to wait about 10 mins while it says it's optimising applications and running the Android system, and again it shows 0% of battery.

I would say that's a hardware issue.
