Xperia Z5 Camera Error

Hi,

I am having a problem with my xperia z5 camera. Yesterday, I was using the camera to take some pictures, then between switching the camera and album, the screen went completely black. Few seconds later a messeger appear "Error. The camera may be in use by another application. Please close the other application and try again."

I have tried turn off every application and restart my phone, I even tried turn the phone off and start up again but it didn't work. I also tried disable / enable the camera app, clear data / clear cache, downloaded another camera app from the store but still it didn't work. I run the Diagnostics app to test the camera and the result is the front camera still working but the back camera and the flash does not.

My last method is a factory reset, and the camera still not working. I also tried repair the system software with my PC but the result is the same and the same error message appear when I use the camera.

I am out of ouption now, so can anyone give me some advices? My guess is my camera is broken now and I have to ask sony for a repairment ?
