broken front screen .

Hello. my xperia Z5 has suffered a break without falling, I woke up this afternoon and was broken a clean break in the glass , part of the Touch does not work, I would like to know what to do , not even a month of purchase.

I will not pay anything. I woke up and was broken. over a portion of the touch it does not work only for a simple crack . I not want to think what would have happened if it falls .

It looks like a pressure break. Odd that it just cracked. Possibly a knock you didn't notice has weakend the screen.

Hopefully your insurance will sort you out.

Sony and the like will have to see the phone to assess the damage and repair cost. Chances are they will tell you it has been knocked, sat on etc. All manufacturers tell you that, they dont want to admit something may be wrong.

I would shop around at your local mobile repair places, get a few quotes. Check your home contents insurance; although I have gadget insurance and tempered screen protection my phone is still covered under home contents.
