    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I will not pay anything. I woke up and was broken. over a portion of the touch it does not work only for a simple crack . I not want to think what would have happened if it falls .&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It looks like a pressure break. &amp;nbsp;Odd that it just cracked. &amp;nbsp;Possibly a knock you didn't notice has weakend the screen.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully your insurance will sort you out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sony and the like will have to see the phone to assess the damage and repair cost. &amp;nbsp;Chances are they will tell you it has been knocked, sat on etc. &amp;nbsp;All manufacturers tell you that, they dont want to admit something may be wrong.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would shop around at your local mobile repair places, get a few quotes. &amp;nbsp;Check your home contents insurance; although I have gadget insurance and tempered screen protection my phone is still covered under home contents.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
