Are you referring to themes ? (I can't see the picture until its approved by a moderator)

No not themes it's the xperia home settings menu where you can change icon size and the actual icons images.

Here is an example of what I mean. I can change the app drawer icons when going into xperia home settings there's an option.

how can you have this option? it's was in the beta marshmallow progect for Z3. It's not in the z5 serie. how is possible?

I just downloaded the new Home apk and then downloaded icon packs separate. Works great

Icon packs by this user are supported by our launcher, but because he updated icon packs to let them work with our launcher
