      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After repair software with Xperia Companion on screen XA with login to google account i have information that in not account with this XA used before repair. What I can do it ??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If Google Device Protection is triggered you will need to verify your Google credentials when booting the phone. Should it not work verifying your Google account you may have to send your device to one of our authorized service centers to be "unlocked", do note that you need a copy of your receipt for this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What you can do before sending in your phone is to reset the password for your Google account, this can be done on the following link:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.google.com/accounts/recovery/." target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://www.google.com/accounts/recovery/.&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know how it goes!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Account befor and after repair are the same.
