Hello

After repair software with Xperia Companion on screen XA with login to google account i have information that in not account with this XA used before repair. What I can do it ??

You need to retrieve that previous Google account used before in that device

I am using account that I used befor the repair XA. I have one account in google.

Hi @shafakrk,

Welcome to the community!

The Xperia XA has a built in theft protection called Google Device Protection, performing a software repair will trigger this to activate. If Google Device Protection is triggered you will need to verify your Google credentials when booting the phone. Should it not work verifying your Google account you may have to send your device to one of our authorized service centers to be "unlocked", do note that you need a copy of your receipt for this.

What you can do before sending in your phone is to reset the password for your Google account, this can be done on the following link: https://www.google.com/accounts/recovery/.

Account befor and after repair are the same. Below are print screen from google account where at 7.33 is full synchronization(succesufull) before repair and 9.17 are after repair where XA tell me that is not this same account and blocked access to my phone.
