Xperia Z2......Ringtone volume lowering automatically

Hi after using my phone for a while making calls sending messages etc the ringer volume automatically lowers but when i raise it frim the side it shows it is already loud. Inorder for it to come back normal i have to keep restarting my phone. Someone please help! Thanks.
