Ear piece not working properly

Ear piece of xa ultra not working. Regardless of incoming or outgoing, ear piece stops working and nothing is audible in ear piece. Only option is to use speaker or external headsets.

Check in safe mode and report back.
Touch and hold the Power key.
Touch and hold Power off.
Tap OK on the Safe Mode prompt. ...

Hi @bsarun, sorry to hear that.

While in safe mode as @Viridis suggested, could you test the ear speaker in Diagnostics? To do so, go to Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Ear speaker.

Let me know if it was audible in the test!
