No sound from loud speaker

Sir my t2 ultra phone has a problem with output audio.speaker works when I get a incoming call,but the songs doesn't play from speaker.I behaves as if earphones are connect. But no notification is seen

I'm sorry to hear about your phone.

When you are making a call or receiving a call the ear speaker will be used in the phone, as long as you don't put the phone on speaker. The ear speaker is located at the top of your phone, and the other speaker is located on the back of your phone.

You can test the speaker in your phone if you go to Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test > Speaker, can you hear any sound being played? You can also switch to the loud speaker during a call and see if you are able to hear the person you are talking to that way. While the call is active on your screen, press "Audio Output".
