The ear speaker is located at the top of your phone, and the other speaker is located on the back of your phone.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can test the speaker in your phone if you go to Settings &amp;gt; About phone &amp;gt; Diagnostics &amp;gt; Test &amp;gt; Speaker, can you hear any sound being played? You can also switch to the loud speaker during a call and see if you are able to hear the person you are talking to that way. While the call is active on your screen, press "Audio Output".&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know how it goes!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sir my t2 ultra phone has a problem with output audio.speaker works when I get a incoming call,but the songs doesn't play from speaker.I behaves as if earphones are connect. But no notification is seen&lt;/P&gt;</description>
