I'm sorry to hear about that.

Are you trying to download applications from the Google Play store application or are you using a web browser and accessing the Google Play store that way? If so, which web browser are you using?

If you are using the Google Play store I would recommend that you start with clearing data for the application, to do that go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Storage > Clear data.

Open up the app again and try either downloading or updating an application.
