Xperia M4 aqua not detecting SIM card and not playing any sound

Hi, guys. My Xperia M4 Aqua is boring me... again! I left the phone on charge, and when I unplugged it, the phone was not playing any sound (sound on touch, runtime or music). When I putted music, the song was going on without any sound. But the Musicmatch lyric was on perfectly. At that moment, the network signal was present. When I try to connect to my WiFi, the phone bugged and restart (for a long time) and after restarting nothing. No SIM card detected, no sound played. No possible connection. I reset the factory settings, nothing too. I left the phone on charge before it started working. But no SIM card detected any sound played. I bought the phone new on Amazonm from Douglas in Cameroon. But I always have problems with it. So please just help me to fix this. Not SIM card detected and no sound played.

If this is hardware related your local Sony support won't be able to help you, as the phone was bought in a different country/continent, with that said, does this happen with the preloaded Music app? how about in >>> safe mode

Thank you Uliwooly. I used the preloaded Music app. No other music app, except Play Music. Even TrackID is not playing a sound. I don't know how to start the phone in Safe Mode

Sorry for replying so late. i restarted the phone in safe mode, but nothing. even the alarm doesn't sound. just vibrating. i think it is a hardware probleme. if yes, it means that xperai phones are not strong or resistant. it is the third time my phopne is doing me this. i dont know if i should precise that those problems appear when i connect my phone with PCC on internet. it is very annoying and Sony doesnt have a representation here in Cameroon. it means that my phone and my money are lost. Deception, maybe i need to try another brand
